If your tire count is under 150 tires, a $200.00 minimum charge applies PLUS per-tire pricing. For example, 40 passenger tires at $4.00 each = $160 in tire fees — the $200.00 minimum charge applies on top, so the total is $200.00 + $160.00 + $25 environmental fee = $385.00. The $200.00 minimum covers travel and handling costs for smaller loads. For loads of 150+ tires, standard per-tire pricing applies with no additional minimum charge.

How it works: Pickups within 30 miles of our facility have no travel surcharge — travel is included in the per-tire price. Beyond 30 miles, a flat travel fee is added to the invoice based on distance. For pickups over 100 miles, we provide a custom quote that factors in route efficiency and volume.
Under 150 tires: A $200.00 minimum charge applies plus per-tire pricing plus the $25 environmental fee. The minimum covers travel and handling for smaller loads.
