By accessing or using the Eco Tire Solutions LLC website (www.ecotiresolution.com), scheduling a service, or communicating with us via phone, email, or text message, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Eco Tire Solutions LLC provides waste tire pickup, recycling, on-site shredding, illegal dump cleanup, and related tire disposal services across South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and applicable pricing as listed on our website or as quoted directly.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available on our pricing page or by contacting us directly. A $25 environmental/compliance fee applies per transaction. Minimum pickup is 150 tires or $200 per event.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, credit card (3.5% processing fee applies), and invoicing for approved accounts.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Eco Tire Solutions LLC, you agree to the following:
4.1 Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from Eco Tire Solutions LLC related to your service requests, pickup confirmations, scheduling updates, and other service-related communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4.2 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service interactions. You may receive messages related to pickup scheduling, appointment confirmations, service updates, and follow-ups.
4.3 Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

4.5 Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
4.6 Supported Carriers
Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Eco Tire Solutions LLC and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.7 SMS Privacy
We respect your privacy. All data collected through our SMS program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your SMS consent data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Eco Tire Solutions LLC is a SC DHEC Registered Waste Tire Hauler (Permit #WTH000541). All tire pickups include a signed manifest documenting the generator, hauler, tire count, and destination. Customers are responsible for retaining their manifest copies for at least 3 years per SC DHEC and GA EPD regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eco Tire Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
